Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 7 oz oz cooked ham
  • 3.5 oz smoked cheese
  • 1/4 cup cup breadcrumbs
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Baking Dish

Steps

  • Place the peppers in the oven for 20 minutes at 392°F or until they are well roasted.


  • Using an air fryer will also work great.

  • After the cooking time, place them in a freezer bag and close it with a knot.

  • Wait 10 minutes before opening the bag.

  • Remove the skins from the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into pieces to obtain a total of 7-8 fillets.

  • Fill each slice with cooked ham and smoked cheese and roll up.

  • Place all the rolls in a well-oiled baking dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs, season with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and oil.

  • Bake in a fan oven at 392°F for 10 minutes.

Storage

Bell pepper rolls with ham and cheese can be stored perfectly until the next day, closed in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
