Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 oz pecorino cheese
- 3.5 oz parmesan cheese
- 3.5 oz emmental cheese
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- to taste salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- to taste pepper

Steps
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, then pour in the milk and oil.
Incorporate the sifted flour, yeast, and grated cheeses and cubed emmental.
Mix well, then pour everything into a loaf pan measuring 12×4.3 inches, buttered and floured or lined with parchment paper.
Bake your quick cheese bread at 356°F in a static oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack, then slice and serve with cold cuts and boiled eggs.
