Ingredients for the base
- 1 1/2 cups cookies
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- as needed Nutella®
- as needed pistachio cream
- as needed hazelnut crumbs

Steps
Use a blender to blend the cookies into a fine powder, then add the melted butter and mix it all well.
Pour the dry cookie mixture into the glasses and create a layer that is not too compact, so the base remains soft and easy to scoop with a spoon.
Place them in the refrigerator for half an hour, in the meantime mix the cream cheese with the sugar, then add the whipped cream and blend well.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, then serve your cheesecake in a glass with a little Nutella and some colorful sprinkles.

You can store the cheesecake in a glass for up to two days in the refrigerator.
