Ingredients for the base

  • 1 1/2 cups cookies
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • as needed Nutella®
  • as needed pistachio cream
  • as needed hazelnut crumbs

  • 1 Mixer

Steps

  • Use a blender to blend the cookies into a fine powder, then add the melted butter and mix it all well.

  • Pour the dry cookie mixture into the glasses and create a layer that is not too compact, so the base remains soft and easy to scoop with a spoon.

  • Place them in the refrigerator for half an hour, in the meantime mix the cream cheese with the sugar, then add the whipped cream and blend well.

  • Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, then serve your cheesecake in a glass with a little Nutella and some colorful sprinkles.

Storage

You can store the cheesecake in a glass for up to two days in the refrigerator.
