How to make cheesy potatoes
Start by peeling the potatoes, then slice them very thinly, about 0.12 inches thick.
Oil a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
Arrange the zucchini next to each other, slightly overlapping.
Next, fill them with grated scamorza, grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, and a drizzle of oil. Bake in the oven at 374°F for about 15 minutes.
