How to make pan-fried chicken strips
First, clean the zucchini and carrots,
Then grate them with a wide-hole grater.
Cut the chicken breast into strips and set aside.
In a pan, add a drizzle of oil, then add the vegetables and cook.
Add the chicken breast, continuing to cook for another 5 minutes, salt, and pepper.
Final touch add 1 tablespoon of Philadelphia and mix well, if needed, add half a glass of hot water.

Pan-fried chicken strips can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, provided they are kept in an airtight container. I do not recommend freezing.
