- 2.5 oz cooked ham
- 0.5 oz mayonnaise
- 1 slice sandwich bread
- 0.7 oz pistachio crumbs
- as needed pomegranate seeds
- as needed cream cheese

How to Make the Christmas Sandwich Loaf
Start by preparing the hard-boiled egg sauce this way: boil the eggs in plenty of water. As soon as it starts boiling, cook them for 9 minutes, let them cool in cold water, then peel them and transfer them to a bowl along with the mayonnaise.
Mash well and mix together, if you prefer a creamier sauce, blend everything in a mixer.
At this point, take a serving dish and place the first slice of sandwich bread and spread the hard-boiled egg sauce on top, then add another slice on top.
Preparation of the sauce with sun-dried tomatoes: put the drained tomatoes in a mixer, chop them with a few drops of Tabasco, then add some Philadelphia and mix.
At this point, also add the filling with the sun-dried tomatoes.
Make another layer with the smoked salmon and cream cheese.
Finally, finish with cooked ham and cream cheese.
At this point, decorate with the pistachio crumbs.

As the last step, let it rest and absorb flavors in the refrigerator for a couple of hours; you can serve it whole or cut into strips about 0.4 inches thick.
