COCONUT AND NUTELLA CAKE

The coconut and nutella cake is a dessert for insatiable sweet tooths like me! Naturally, I’m talking about these two fantastic ingredients! Coconut and nutella are a perfect combination, try it to believe it.

COCONUT AND NUTELLA CAKE

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups grated coconut

Tools

  • 1 Cake Pan
  • 1 Mixer

Steps

  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, yogurt, flour, and the rest of the ingredients for about 5 minutes.

  • Next, pour the mixture into a 10-inch pan, previously buttered and floured.

  • Bake the coconut cake for 45 minutes at 356°F

  • If it darkens too much, cover with foil and continue baking.

  • Once the cake has cooled, garnish with Nutella and grated coconut.

  • For the extra sweet tooths, cut the cake in half and fill it with Nutella and mascarpone.

Storage

COCONUT AND NUTELLA CAKE can be stored under a cake dome for up to 3 days. It can be frozen before being decorated.
