Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 cups grated coconut (desiccated)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 tbsps Nutella®

How to make Coconut Delights
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together with a mixer.
Take the ricotta and drain it from its whey, then add it to the mixture.
Add the coconut flour, cream, and baking powder. Mix well to combine all the contents.
At this point, divide the batter into 2 equal parts.
Pour the first part into a mold lined with parchment paper, while
to the remaining batter, add three tablespoons of Nutella, mixing well.
Pour it also over the white batter. Bake your coconut and Nutella delight in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 35-40 minutes.
After the baking time, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. If you like, add a dusting of powdered sugar! Slice and serve.
Storing the Coconut Delight
You can store the coconut and Nutella delight under a cake dome for up to 3 days.
