Country Pie, easy and delicious recipe. A rustic dish made with ready puff pastry enriched with cold cuts, boiled eggs, and cheese. If you don’t like puff pastry, you can replace it with shortcrust pastry. The Country Pie is a tasty option to the mountain pie, but I also recommend the savory pie with potatoes and zucchini, also delicious. It’s simple and very tasty, you make it in no time, and it is perfect to prepare well in advance, ideal for tasty lunches and dinners, you can serve it as a main course or cut into pieces as a rich appetizer.
