CREAMY SCALLOPINI WITH MUSHROOMS

Creamy scallopini with mushrooms is an easy and tasty recipe. A main course with mixed mushrooms. For this recipe, I used pork loin, but you can also replace it with chicken breast or veal slices. Ingredients

  • 4 slices pork loin (sliced)
  • 1 knob butter
  • 14 oz mushrooms
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tbsps mascarpone
  • as needed flour
  • as needed parsley

Steps

  • First, clean the mushrooms thoroughly and then slice them. Put them in a pan with a couple of tablespoons of oil and cook them for about 10 minutes. (You can also use frozen ones) At the end of cooking, add the Philadelphia.
