Crostini with Salmon and Burrata

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz bread
  • 5.3 oz smoked salmon
  • to taste mixed peppercorns
  • 1 burrata
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste parsley

Steps

  • Take the bread and slice it about 3/8 inch thick, then toast it on both sides using an electric grill or a non-stick pan.

Storage

You can toast the bread well in advance and fill your crostini at the time of serving. You can replace the salmon with smoked swordfish.
