How to make Croutons with Burrata Chicken Burger and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Start by toasting the bread on both sides in a non-stick pan. Meanwhile, cook the burgers in a skillet with a drizzle of oil for 12 minutes; wait 2 or 3 minutes before turning them, then finish cooking in 10 minutes on medium heat, turning them occasionally.
Once ready, place the toasted bread on the serving plate, put the warm burger on top, take the burrata and lay it on the meat. As the last step before serving, place the sun-dried tomatoes on top and a generous sprinkle of pepper and shaved parmesan.
Variations and Tips
If you prefer, you can replace the sun-dried tomatoes with spicy anchovies. AIA Chicken Burgers can also be grilled, always respecting the same cooking time.
