  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • oz jam

How to make the Crumbled Bundt Cake

  • In a bowl, place the flour, butter cut into pieces, and baking powder, and quickly work it with the flour. Add the sugar, eggs, baking powder, and mix everything.

  • With your fingertips, until you get a crumbled mixture. 

  • Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured bundt pan.

  • Fill with jam, leaving at least 0.4 inches from the edge, and cover with the rest of the dough.

  • Bake in the oven at 356°F for about 40 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
