How to make the Crumbled Bundt Cake
In a bowl, place the flour, butter cut into pieces, and baking powder, and quickly work it with the flour. Add the sugar, eggs, baking powder, and mix everything.
With your fingertips, until you get a crumbled mixture.
Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Fill with jam, leaving at least 0.4 inches from the edge, and cover with the rest of the dough.
Bake in the oven at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
