- 10.5 oz zucchini
- 12.3 oz potatoes
- 1.4 oz Parmesan
- 3 eggs
- to taste breadcrumbs
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 2.1 oz smoked cheese
- 3.5 oz cooked ham

How to make the zucchini and potato timbale
Start by cutting off the ends of the zucchini and then chop them into pieces. Next, peel the potatoes and cut them into regular cubes.
Sauté everything for a few minutes in a pan with a dash of oil, then add salt and pepper, and continue cooking for another 6 minutes or so.
Meanwhile, in a separate baking dish, crack the eggs, add the Parmesan, smoked cheese, and the slices of cooked ham broken into pieces by hand. Add the cooking potatoes and zucchini; and mix with a wooden spoon.
Pour everything into a previously greased baking dish and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, level and sprinkle the surface with Parmesan, then bake in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake the timbale for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
