Gratinated Onions with Cherry Tomatoes

Gratinated onions with cherry tomatoes, an easy and tasty side dish. Very simple to prepare, perfect to accompany main courses of meat or fish, or to enjoy as a light main course. The sweetness of the onions pairs perfectly with the cherry tomatoes and the crunchiness of the gratin. Delicious, but simpler to prepare, there are baked gratinated onions and I also recommend the onion fritters ready in 10 minutes. If you try this recipe, let me know in the comments, a kiss Chicca!
