- 2 zucchini
- 4.2 oz mozzarella
- 3.5 oz bresaola
- 3.5 oz arugula
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
How to make grilled zucchini with mozzarella and bresaola
Wash the zucchini, then trim the ends, and slice them into rounds.
Heat a griddle or grill and place the zucchini on it in batches without overlapping, cooking them for 5-6 minutes per side until they are well done.
Transfer them to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and oil
Add the bresaola cut into strips, the arugula, and the Parmesan cut into flakes, mix well and serve on a serving plate.
Storage and variations for grilled zucchini with mozzarella and bresaola
They can be stored in an airtight container until the next day. If you like, you can replace the bresaola with tuna and use Parmesan flakes instead of mozzarella.
