Halloween Plumcake

Halloween Plumcake, a truly delicious scenic idea! To celebrate an American holiday together, but deep down it’s just an excuse to celebrate and enjoy a few hours of lightheartedness. The Halloween plumcake is delicious and perfect to prepare for a buffet.

To complete the recipe, I made the topping with Paneangeli cocoa glaze which, with its ease of use, is truly magnificent! In less than 10 minutes it’s ready to use, just boil a little water. To complete the touch of deliciousness, I added Paneangeli cocoa sprinkles. If you try the Halloween Plumcake let me know in the comments, a kiss Chicca!

How to Make Halloween Plumcake

Start by preparing the cocoa batter in a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, add yogurt and the oil slowly.

Incorporate the flour, cocoa, and baking powder, mixing until a creamy and well-blended batter is formed.
Then pour it into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 17 minutes at 350°F.

Once baked, use a bat-shaped cutter to cut out many shapes and set them aside.

Prepare the white batter: In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, then pour in the milk followed by the oil.

Incorporate the flour and baking powder, then pour half of the mixture into a greased and floured 12-inch loaf pan.
Line up the bats on the white base, then cover them with the remaining batter and bake the Halloween plumcake at 340°F for about 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Prepare the Paneangeli cocoa glaze by bringing water to a boil in a saucepan, turning off the heat, and submerging the bag for 7/8 minutes. Open the bag and pour it over the plumcake, and decorate with Paneangeli cocoa sprinkles.

Storing Halloween Plumcake

The Halloween plumcake can be stored under a cake dome for up to three days. It can be frozen if you used fresh ingredients.
