Today I present to you this Heavenly Sweet Pureed Apple Pound Cake, a super quick recipe! A delicious, fragrant, and tasty sweet treat! I believe it will become one of my favorite desserts, after the amazing apple cake.
Moist and very soft, it’s perfect as a breakfast treat and a healthy snack. The peculiarity of this cake is that the apples are first cooked in a pan, then pureed, and then flour, baking powder, and eggs are added. Mix everything quickly and then off to the oven!

Ingredients
- 4 cups apples
- 7 tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- to taste ground cinnamon
- to taste powdered sugar

How to Make the Pureed Apple Pound Cake
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes, trying to make them all the same size, then transfer them to a pan with the sugar, cinnamon, and butter.
Cook the apples over medium-high heat for about 5-6 minutes.
Remove from heat and blend everything with a mixer, then let the apple puree cool.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, pour the sifted flour, the eggs, and the baking powder, then add the apple puree and mix well.
Pour everything into a 24x10cm silicone pound cake mold, while if you use an aluminum mold, remember it must be buttered and floured before pouring in the mixture.
Bake your pound cake in a static oven at 356°F for about 40-45 minutes. Then, remove from the oven and let it cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and cinnamon before slicing.
Storing the Pound Cake
Heavenly Sweet Pureed Apple Pound Cake can be stored under a cake dome for up to 3 days.
