Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 2.2 lbs Pork ribs
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce

Preparation

  • First, put on gloves for this task, then take a bowl and prepare the spice mix, now thoroughly rub the meat with the mixture.

  • Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, so it flavors well.

    After the resting time place the meat on the oven rack with a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil underneath and a glass of water in the tray.

  • Now cook the meat at 340°F for about 40 minutes, the ribs are ready when you see the meat separating from the bone, then brush with barbecue sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Tips and Variations

You can get creative with the spices you prefer by finding new combinations!

It is preferable to consume the oven-baked pork ribs hot. I do not recommend freezing them.
