Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (small)
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 9 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 packet vanillin
  • 2 apples
  • 7 oz amaretti
  • to taste ground cinnamon
  • to taste apricot jam

  • 1 Mold

Steps

  • In a large bowl, pour in the soft butter and sugar.

  • Continue by gradually incorporating the sifted flour and baking powder, then knead.

  • Transfer the mixture to a previously floured workbench, then knead well with your hands until you obtain a smooth and soft dough; let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  • After the dough has rested, roll out two discs.

  • Then place the first disc in a tart mold of 8.66 inches, spread the jam, and then lay the sliced apples.

  • Place the amaretti, then lay the rest of the dough.

  • Bake your apple and amaretti tart at 350°F in the oven for 40-45 minutes with the static oven mode.
