IRRESISTIBLE APPLE AND AMARETTO CAKE is a truly exceptional dessert. Simple recipe and at the same time scenic, it is prepared with a shortcrust base like a classic tart, and I also add apples and jam. Have you already tried the tart with cream and amaretti? Ingredients
- 2 eggs (small)
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 9 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 packet vanillin
- 2 apples
- 7 oz amaretti
- to taste ground cinnamon
- to taste apricot jam

Steps
In a large bowl, pour in the soft butter and sugar.
Continue by gradually incorporating the sifted flour and baking powder, then knead.
Transfer the mixture to a previously floured workbench, then knead well with your hands until you obtain a smooth and soft dough; let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After the dough has rested, roll out two discs.
Then place the first disc in a tart mold of 8.66 inches, spread the jam, and then lay the sliced apples.
Place the amaretti, then lay the rest of the dough.
Bake your apple and amaretti tart at 350°F in the oven for 40-45 minutes with the static oven mode.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing.
