Storage

Delicious when freshly made! But to store them best, seal them in plastic food bags being careful not to crush them since they are fragile and may break; in this way, they keep for 3-4 days.

Tips

For a lighter result, you can bake the chiacchiere in the oven at 375°F for about 10-15 minutes. (clearly, they are not as good and beautiful as the fried ones) for an even more tempting version, you can replace the powdered sugar with honey and alchermes
