Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups dry biscuits
  • 5 tbsps butter
  • 1 1/4 cups mascarpone
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsps potato starch
  • 1/2 cup fresh whipping cream (unsweetened)
  • 3 tbsps Nutella®

  • 2 Spatulas

Steps

  • Start by crumbling the biscuits with a mixer, then add the melted butter and mix well.

  • Pour the crumbled biscuits into the cake mold of 7-8 inches and with the help of a spoon, compact the mixture well to form your biscuit base, then let it rest in the freezer.

  • In a bowl, put the eggs, powdered sugar, and then the mascarpone.

  • Mix everything and add the cream and potato starch.

  • Pour the filling over the biscuit base and level it well.

  • Bake in a static oven at 340°F for 40-45 minutes.

  • Unmold it and let it cool slightly, then garnish with Nutella.

  • I recommend garnishing it at the time of serving and not before, so the Nutella remains beautifully creamy.

Storage and Variations

The Mascarpone and Nutella Cake Ultra Creamy Dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can replace the Nutella with your favorite jam or simply add nuts, such as almonds, hazelnut grains, or pistachios.
