- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp salt

- 14 oz potatoes

How to make Meatball Skewers with Potatoes
In a large bowl, place the ground meat, the egg, the salt, the grated Parmesan cheese, the breadcrumbs, and the milk.
Mix well with your hands until all the ingredients are combined, then shape the meatballs and set aside.
Cut the potatoes into not-too-thick slices, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, a drizzle of oil, and rosemary.
Create the skewers: take a slice of potato and skewer a meatball,
Continue like this until you run out of ingredients. Cook the skewers in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven and serve immediately!
Storage and tips for Meatball Skewers with Potatoes
It is preferable to consume meatball skewers with potatoes immediately after cooking. It is not recommended to freeze the meatball skewers. They can be prepared a couple of hours in advance, covered with plastic wrap, and rested in the refrigerator.
