Mini Savory Christmas Babas a scenic and easy-to-make idea. On my blog, you will find plenty of easy Christmas recipes: I recommend the pizza cannoli with speck and the stuffed bread rolls, but also check out 5 no-cook appetizers. The rustic babas can be prepared the day before and filled before you sit at the table with cold cuts, cheeses, and vegetables; The only limit is your imagination and desire to experiment. Remember also that you can bake them in the oven or air fryer. In both cases, the wow effect is guaranteed.

How to Make Mini Savory Babas
Pour the flour, yeast, and egg into a large bowl (If you are using a stand mixer, pour into the mixer bowl).
Next, gradually add the milk, then add the oil and salt. Knead well until forming a dough; let it rise for 2 hours in the oven turned off with just the light on.
Take the dough again and divide it into 30 balls of about 0.56 oz each, then place them in the baba mold and let them rise until doubled (it will take about 20 minutes).
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Once cooled, cut the babas in half and fill them with cold cuts, a leaf of lettuce, and cream cheese.
You can fill other babas with mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes in oil. In both cases, serve them in paper cups.
Storage and Tips for Mini Christmas Babas
