Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups water (lukewarm)
- 1 1/3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2.5 tsp active dry yeast
- 8 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Steps
Pour the lukewarm water into a large bowl along with the yeast.
Stir well with a fork until fully dissolved.
At this point, start incorporating the flour. Pour the oil and the salt and continue mixing well, incorporating the dough.
Make folds inside the bowl by taking the edges and bringing them to the center. Repeat this step at least 10 times, then let it rise for 2 hours in the oven turned off with the light on.
As the final step before baking, pour the soft dough into an oiled baking pan, with your hands slightly greased.
Add the brine prepared with oil and water. Make the classic focaccia dimples, cover with cherry tomatoes, and bake at 400°F on the oven base for 25 minutes.
Storage of No-Knead Focaccia
You can store the focaccia with cherry tomatoes in a freezer bag until the next day.
