Alternatively, try the nougat cheesecake which is beautiful and scenic, ideal to impress everyone.

Ingredients
- 3.53 oz white nougat
- 0.71 oz sugar
- 3 eggs
- 8.82 oz mascarpone
- to taste white nougat
- to taste chocolate

How to Make Nougat Semifreddo
Separate the yolks from the whites, set the whites aside, then beat the yolks with the sugar using the electric hand mixer.
Add the mascarpone and the nougat coarsely chopped with a knife, and mix the mixture again.
Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and then fold them into the nougat cream.
Pour everything into the loaf pan lined with cling film and let it rest in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Unmold the dessert and decorate it as you like.
In my case, I added melted chocolate and nougat crumbs.
Storage and Tips for Nougat Semifreddo
You can prepare the Nougat Semifreddo 3-4 days in advance. You can replace the white nougat with chocolate nougat. It is possible to store the nougat in the freezer, but make sure to take it out at least 10 minutes before serving.
