These Nutella Crumble Bites are a reinterpretation of the larger versions; they are single servings, making them perfect for birthday parties and buffets. The crumble bites are really tasty, you can prepare them in 100 different flavors, from spreadable creams to jams and marmalades that you prefer, you can even add chocolate. Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg (large)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packet vanillin
  • as needed Nutella®
  • as needed almond

How to Make Nutella Crumble Bites

  • Beat the eggs with a fork together with the sugar and vanillin or another flavor of your choice, then slowly pour in the oil.

  • Continue incorporating the flour and sifted baking powder a little at a time, mixing with your hands to form crumbs.

  • At this point, butter and flour the muffin molds, then distribute half of the crumb mixture in the molds to create the muffin base. Next, fill the center with Nutella.

  • Cover with the remaining crumbs and the almonds, then bake at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes.

Storage of Nutella Crumble Bites

The Nutella crumble bites can be stored under a cake dome for up to 3-4 days out of the fridge. Alternatively, they can be frozen, only if you used fresh ingredients.

  • Can the vegetable oil be replaced with butter in the crumble bites?

    You can replace the vegetable oil with 100 g of butter.

  • Can they be prepared in advance?

    You can prepare the base the night before, or you can prepare them already filled and store them in the freezer to bake as needed.
