Ingredients
- 14 oz puff pastry
- 1 cup Nutella®
- 2/3 cup chopped pistachios
How to Make Nutella Pinwheels
To make the Nutella pinwheels, start by unrolling the puff pastry sheet.
Spread the surface with Nutella, and also add the chopped pistachios, then close with the second sheet of pastry.
At this point, use a smooth-bladed knife to cut strips about 1 inch wide.
Twist each strip on itself and then roll to form a pinwheel shape.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing the pinwheels apart. (They will expand slightly while baking). Bake at 338°F with a preheated fan-forced oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly, serve if you like, with a sprinkle of sugar.
Storage of Nutella Pinwheels
