Ingredients
- 12.3 oz shelled frozen shrimp (or fresh)
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs

How to Prepare Orange Shrimp
First, squeeze an orange, then pour the juice into a large bowl, along with a pinch of salt and the oil.

Cover with film and let marinate for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the oranges thinly, then top each slice with the shrimp.
Sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs seasoned with chopped parsley and a pinch of salt and garlic. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 392°F for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
