Paradise Cake with Aloha Pavesini

The paradise cake is a delicious spoon dessert, easy to prepare, does not require baking, and is perfect when you want something fresh with an exotic touch. Usually, cold cakes have a base of crumbled cookies and melted butter, but for this dessert, I chose a special ingredient: the legendary Aloha Pavesini, a truly delightful limited edition! This irresistible tropical mix of mango, coconut, and pineapple flavor pairs perfectly with the mascarpone and fresh cream base, creating a pleasant and delicate combination. The paradise cake is a simple yet impressive recipe that my family loved very much. If I have piqued your interest, try it right away! • 55 Aloha Pavesini (5 packages (snack))
  • 14 oz mascarpone
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 6 oz condensed milk
  • as needed grated coconut (rapè)

How to Make Paradise Cake

  • In a large bowl, place the mascarpone and pour in the cream, start mixing
with an electric whisk, gradually increasing the speed.
Once you have reached a creamy and compact consistency, add the
condensed milk in a thin stream, mix for about 5 minutes.

Line a rectangular pan about 7×4 inches with plastic wrap,
then dip the Pavesini in milk and arrange them in a row next to each other
inside the baking dish. Pour the prepared cream over the cookies and smooth it well,
at this point close with the last layer of slightly soaked cookies. Cover with
plastic wrap and chill in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
After resting, you can serve it by removing it from the baking dish and placing it
on a serving plate, decorating it with grated coconut.

Storage and Tips for Paradise Cake

It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days covered with plastic wrap. It can
also be frozen. If you like, you can add fresh fruit inside the
cream, for the more indulgent, you can decorate with melted chocolate.
