Paradise Cake with Pavesini Aloha

in

The paradise cake is a creamy, indulgent no-bake dessert that is easy to prepare and perfect when you want something refreshing with an exotic touch. Usually, chilled cakes have a base of crumbled biscuits and melted butter, but for this dessert I chose a special ingredient: the legendary Pavesini Aloha, a truly delicious limited edition! This irresistible tropical mix with mango, coconut and pineapple pairs perfectly with a mascarpone and whipped cream filling, creating a pleasant and delicate combination. The paradise cake is a simple yet impressive recipe that my family loved. If you’re curious, try it now! Ingredients

  • 55 Pavesini Aloha (5 packs (snack))
  • 1 3/4 cups mascarpone
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for whipping)
  • 6 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • to taste grated coconut (desiccated)

How to make the Paradise Cake

  • In a large bowl place the mascarpone and pour in the cream, then start mixing with an electric whisk, gradually increasing the speed. Once you have reached a creamy, compact consistency, add the condensed milk in a thin stream and mix for about 5 minutes.

Line a rectangular baking dish of about 7 1/8 × 4 in with plastic wrap, then dip the Pavesini briefly in milk and arrange them in a row, side by side, inside the dish. Pour the prepared cream over the biscuits and level well; at this point close with the final layer of slightly moistened biscuits. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the freezer for at least 1 hour. After the resting time, you can serve it by removing it from the dish, placing it on a serving plate and decorating with desiccated coconut.

Storage and tips for the paradise cake

It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 days covered with plastic wrap. It can also be frozen. If you like, you can add fresh fruit inside the cream; for those with a sweet tooth, it can be decorated with melted chocolate.
