Storage and tips on Pasta Croquette

It is preferable to enjoy it hot and stringy at the moment, however, if there are leftovers, you can store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Reheat it the next day with hot water or some vegetable broth. You can enrich it by adding other cold cuts, if preferred cut into chunks. In addition to scamorza, you can substitute it with provola or mozzarella.
