Pasta with Zucchini, Cooked Ham, and Philadelphia

Pasta with Zucchini, Cooked Ham, and Philadelphia is a really easy and quick first course. Zucchini is an ingredient that is never missing in the kitchen! Also try the gnocchi with zucchini and speck or the rice with zucchini and baked scamorza. Today’s dish is perfect if you have guests at home, but also if you are late from work; moreover, it is very versatile, you can make it even creamier and tastier by adding grated parmesan cheese and crumbled walnut kernels at the end of cooking for a crunchy note. If you prefer, you can experiment with different types of pasta such as farfalle, spaghetti, or mezze maniche. I’ll leave you to the recipe and if you try it, let me know in the comments, a kiss, Chicca!

Like many hot dishes, this one can also be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days maximum. Before consuming it again, I recommend adding a liquid, such as broth, hot water, or a tablespoon of Philadelphia. To complete this dish, you could add fresh cherry tomatoes cut into strips.
