Ingredients

  • 2.6 oz pavesini
  • 7 oz Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 5.3 oz strawberries
  • 2/3 cup fresh whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for the cream)
  • 1 pinch granulated sugar
  • to taste lemon juice

Steps

  • Start by washing the strawberries then slice them thinly and season with a pinch of sugar and a splash of lemon, then set aside.

    Whip the fresh cream with electric beaters, then add a tablespoon of sugar, and incorporate it into the yogurt without deflating the mixture.

  • Prepare a plate to compose a single serving, using a pastry bag, place a little cream on the bottom of the serving plate. Quickly dip the Pavesini in milk and arrange them on the plate.

  • Add more cream and the strawberries, then repeat for two more layers. Decorate with sugar hearts and mint and serve your Pavesini cake with strawberries.

Storage and tips
