Ingredients
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 14 oz potatoes
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Steps
Start by boiling the potatoes in salted water, until they are tender and soft.
Once cooked, mash them with a potato masher, add the grated Parmesan, salt, and diced cooked ham.
Mix everything well to combine the ingredients.
Now take a sheet of phyllo dough and cut it into 2 rectangles. Brush the first sheet with a little butter, layer the second on top, and brush it as well.
Take some filling and stuff the phyllo dough sheets. Fold the two side edges inward and roll the roll starting from the base. Repeat these steps for the rest of the ingredients.
Transfer all the rolls to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then brush with a little oil and bake at 356°F for 20 minutes.
