Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 125 g plain natural yogurt (Greek yogurt works as well)
- 80 g pistachio flour
- 120 g sugar
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 tablespoons Nutella®
- to taste powdered sugar

How to make the pistachio and Nutella cake
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil.
Add the yogurt and then incorporate the flours a little at a time.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix everything well.
Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pan lined with parchment paper, previously wet and wrung out.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Once baked, let it cool.
Cut it in half and fill the center with plenty of Nutella.
Sprinkle it with plenty of powdered sugar.
Cut into slices and serve your Pistachio and Nutella Cake.
Variations and Storage
You can replace the hazelnut cream with pistachio cream. The pistachio and Nutella cake can be stored under a cake dome for up to 3 days. It can be frozen and filled at the moment.
Tips
You can find pistachio flour near the fruit counter, or if you have a good blender like a Thermomix, you can blend whole unsalted pistachios.
