Ingredients
- 4 slices pork loin
- 7 oz carrots
- 1 celery stalk
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 oz tuna
- to taste salt

Steps
Wash the carrots, trim the ends, and peel them. Wash the celery, remove the outer leaves, and keep only the heart, the inner part with the tenderest ribs (if possible).
Put everything into a mixer along with the tuna and parsley, and blend until you get a creamy sauce.
At this point, cook the slices in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic, salt, and pepper.
Serve the slices in green sauce by alternating slices and sauce on a serving plate.
