Ingredients

  • 1.3 lbs potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste corn flakes

How to Make Potato Balls with Corn Flakes

  • First, boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water for about 40-45 minutes, the time varies depending on the size of the potato. Mash them with a potato masher and collect them in a bowl to cool, then add salt, pepper, and incorporate the egg and grated Parmesan cheese.

  • Mix the ingredients well, then take a small portion and form into balls.

  • Insert a small piece of cheese inside.

  • Now roll the balls in coarsely crushed corn flakes to create a good coating. Cook in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

Storing Potato Balls with Corn Flakes
