Potato Parmesan with Ham and Cheese

The potato parmesan with ham and cheese is a rich and tasty one-dish meal!
It is very simple to prepare, all ingredients are used raw, layering very thinly sliced potatoes, cooked ham, mozzarella, and Emmental. I highly recommend trying it because it is truly DELICIOUS for both young and old alike!

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 28 oz Potatoes
  • 9 oz Cooked Ham
  • 3.5 oz Mozzarella
  • 1 oz Grana Padano DOP
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation

  • First, wash and peel the potatoes, then use a mandoline which you can find here to slice the potatoes (they must be very thin), then grease the baking tray well.

  • Now lay down the first layer of potatoes, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then add Emmental torn by hand and a couple of slices of cooked ham and some mozzarella.

  • Then alternate the layers, ensuring that the last layer is completely covered with cheeses, Grana Padano, Emmental, and mozzarella.

  • Cook your potato parmesan with ham and cheese at 392°F for about 35-40 minutes, then let it cool and serve, hot and stringy, enjoy your meal!!

  • If there are leftovers of the Potato Parmesan with Ham and Cheese, store them in the refrigerator for 1 day in an airtight container.
