- 2.2 lbs potatoes
- 3.5 oz Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1 to taste nutmeg

Steps
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes, then boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water.
Then mash them and season with grated Parmesan cheese, egg, flour, butter, salt, and a pinch of nutmeg.
Now mix everything well with a fork, then pour the mixture into a greased and breadcrumb-sprinkled baking dish and smooth it out with a spatula.
bake in the oven at 350°F for 30/35 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn it onto a serving platter, and then top with sliced cheese and sausages.
