Potato Sandwich, a delicious recipe that can be prepared in just a few minutes! The idea came from an evolution of the stuffed potato pizza.   • to taste salt
  • 7 oz mozzarella for pizza
  • 5.3 oz speck
  • 1.4 oz arugula
  • 2.1 oz cream cheese (spreadable)

How to make potato sandwiches

  • Wash the potatoes, peel and slice them with a mandoline into thin slices (alternatively, you can also use an electric slicer). At this point, arrange the slices slightly overlapping each other; on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and lightly oiled.

  • Season with salt and pepper, then add grated mozzarella for pizza. Bake until golden for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 392°F, with the fan mode on.

  • At this point, fill with the cheese, arugula, and speck, then fold like a book.

  • Enjoy your Potato Sandwich right away.

Storage and tips for potato sandwiches

Potato sandwiches can be stored in the refrigerator until the next day if covered with plastic wrap. You can fill them as you prefer, for example with cooked ham and smoked cheese or with cherry tomatoes and iceberg lettuce.
