Puff pastry apple rings are an easy and quick dessert to prepare at the last minute. All you need are a few simple and essential ingredients: puff pastry, your choice of apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
I love apple desserts, I also recommend the invisible apple cake and the upside-down apple cake. Returning to our puff pastry apple rings, crispy on the outside and creamy inside, they are really simple to make, try them, I’m sure you’ll like them!

How to Make Puff Pastry Apple Rings
Start by unrolling the puff pastry, then cut strips about 1 inch wide and set aside.
At this point, peel the apples and use the apple corer to remove the core.
Then slice and wrap a strip around the apple slice as shown in the photo.
Next, place the rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with egg and sprinkle the surface with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Bake in a static oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. As a final step, garnish with powdered sugar.
Storage
The rings can be stored until the next day under a cake dome.
