- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 3.53 oz cooked ham
- 3.53 oz scamorza cheese
- as needed egg
- as needed sesame seeds
How to Make Puff Pastry Savories
Unroll the ready-made puff pastry and then divide it into 12 pieces.
Then fill with a slice of cooked ham and scamorza cheese cut into sticks.
Close the edges forming cannoli and then place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then brush the surface with beaten egg and garnish with sesame seeds.
Bake in a fan oven at 374°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot and gooey!!
Storage and Variations of Puff Pastry Savories
You can store them in an airtight container until the next day. Instead of cooked ham, you can use speck with sautéed mushrooms cooked separately. You can replace the cheese with provola or brie cheese.
