- 1 roll puff pastry
- 5.3 oz cooked ham
- 4.6 oz stracchino cheese
- 3.5 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 potato (medium)
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
How to make puff pastry with ham and potatoes
Unroll the puff pastry with its parchment paper onto a low baking tray, then fill it with stracchino, spreading it evenly.
Add the slices of ham and then the slices of mozzarella.
Next, wash and slice the potatoes very thinly and then lay them on top of the filled pastry.
Season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes.
