Quick salmon bagels are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, truly delicious! They are a type of ring-shaped bread with a unique texture: the glossy, crunchy crust, enriched with seeds, perfectly matches the soft and fluffy interior.
They are perfect for filling in a thousand different ways; in this recipe, I filled them with salmon, lettuce, and cream cheese. Great as an appetizer, they are also ideal for buffets and birthday parties.
Try this speedy version of one of the most iconic recipes in American cuisine and, when you make them, let me know what you think! Kisses, Chicca.

How to Make Quick Salmon Bagels
In a bowl, add the flour, yeast, and yogurt, then mix well, incorporating the salt last.
Form a ball, and finish kneading on the work surface, forming a large sausage shape.
Divide into eight equal parts, creating more balls. Make a hole in the center of each ball.
Brush them with the egg and decorate with the seeds, cook in the air fryer at a temperature of 340°F for about 14 minutes or until golden brown.
Take them out of the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
Cut them in half and fill with cream cheese, arugula, and salmon.
Storage and Tips for Quick Salmon Bagels
You can store them in a food bag until the next day. You can also freeze them. I recommend some variations of the bagels: with hummus, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, and crumbled feta. Or you can fill them with mayonnaise, raw ham, and shaved cheese: for a vegetarian version, opt for guacamole sauce, mozzarella, fresh tomato, and grilled zucchini.
