Red Mini Pizzas are soft, fragrant, and very easy to make! I love kneading dough; in fact, on my blog, you will find the quick pizza sticks and Sicilian mini pizzas with butter in the dough, so delicious, they are perfect for buffets and birthday parties. If you’re looking for an alternative to today’s recipe, try the puff pastry pizza and the pizza boats. The red mini pizzas can be prepared by hand or with a mixer; you just need flour, yeast, salt, and water at home. You’ll see, they’re very easy to make. Try making them right away and let me know how they turn out. Oh, don’t forget to follow me on my social media channels Facebook and Instagram.

Ingredients
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 oz salt
- 1.9 cups water
- 0.18 oz dry yeast
- 0.85 cups tomato sauce (rustic or finely chopped)
- to taste dried oregano
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
How to Make Red Mini Pizzas
Place the flour and yeast in a large bowl, then pour in the water and mix. Knead with your hands and then add the salt. You can also perform these steps with a mixer.
Put the dough in a large and well-oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for about 2 hours.
After the rest time, divide the dough into balls about 5 oz each, then let them rise for another 30 minutes, covered and spaced apart.
After the second rise, press the dough with your fingers to shape the mini pizzas (I chose to make them elongated).
Place them on a baking sheet, top with the tomato sauce, extra virgin olive oil, and oregano.
Bake your red mini pizzas in a preheated static oven at 392°F for about 20 minutes.
Storing Red Mini Pizzas
Red mini pizzas can be stored at room temperature covered with plastic wrap for up to 2 days. Alternatively, you can also freeze them in bags for up to two months.
