Rustic pies are my passion, and you’ll find many recipes on the blog, but my favorite is potato and crescenza flatbread and the rustic pie with potatoes, ham, and asiago or even the puff pastry with mushrooms and sausage. So follow the recipe for the rustic pie with sausage and stracchino provided with step-by-step photos and video, and enjoy this delight!

In a bowl, pour the flour, salt, water, and oil.

With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough, form a disc, then place it on a 12-inch baking dish, and prick with a fork.
At this point, prepare the filling: in a bowl, put the sausage and stracchino, mix well, and spread the mixture over the dough.
Then add the boiled potatoes and season with a pinch of salt, Parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Bake at 350°F for about 40-45 minutes.
