How to Make Sacher Truffles
Steps:
To prepare the Sacher truffles, put the cookies in the bowl of a mixer and blend them for a few seconds until crumbled.
Then add the jam and mix with a spatula.
At this point, take small portions, about the size of a walnut, and roll them in your hands to form many small balls.
Next, roll them in cocoa, then let them rest in the freezer until serving time.
Storage of Sacher Truffles
Sacher truffles can be stored in the freezer. If any are left over (although I doubt it), you can also freeze them for up to 3 months.
