Ingredients
- 3 slices sandwich bread
- 7 oz smoked salmon
- 2 vine tomatoes
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2.1 oz arugula
How to Make Salmon Sandwiches Ready in 5 Minutes
To make the salmon sandwiches, take the first slice of bread and spread mayonnaise on top.
Then, place the salmon slices, arugula leaves, and tomato slices on top.
Next, season with a pinch of salt and oregano, and close with the slice of bread.
Press evenly and repeat the same operation from the beginning to create 3 filled layers.
As a final step, wrap everything in aluminum foil. Let rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
Before serving, cut them into small squares. If you like, you can garnish with some green olives and a toothpick to hold everything together.
Variations for Sandwich Fillings
