Savory Fritters

Savory Fritters, an easy and quick finger food. Perfect to serve as an appetizer, perhaps accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses.
The recipe is very similar to that of ham and cheese fritters. If you like them, try also the version with zucchini fritters. They are made with only three ingredients that we all have at home: water, flour, and yeast. Additionally, there are countless variations, both sweet and savory. The sweet ones can be served with powdered sugar or chocolate spread.
For the savory version, you can add cubes of mortadella or bacon. A typical Neapolitan variant includes seaweed. The savory fritters are so good that they will be gone in no time! Save the recipe and let me know if you try them.
